Our Aims

We aim to give our clients rapid service of the highest quality at a competitive cost.  Our size ensures that we as principals can give a very high degree of personal attention to our clients’ requirements.  We aim to provide advice that is properly focused.  We believe that we succeed in these aims: our client base is of long standing and we have been successful in attracting and satisfying new clients.  Our staff are highly motivated and widely experienced.  Many of them have been with us for many years.  All are aware of and share our aims.

All work sent out which is not actually carried out by a principal is personally checked by a principal.  All invoices are checked carefully (by one of the principals) before despatch to ensure that the amount represents a reasonable charge and only for the work that the client has instructed.  We provide estimates before commencing work when requested and commit ourselves to adhere to such estimates.

Conflicts of Interest

We are conscious that it is in the interests of both us and our clients that such conflicts are to be avoided.  We endeavour to be self-regulating.
